Due to the custom nature of our products, full payment is required in advance. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Typical lead time for special orders is 6–8 weeks. This is an estimate only. Production timelines may be shortened or extended due to material availability, vendor delays, order volume, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Certain styles or colors may require additional time beyond the estimated lead time.

If you have a firm deadline (holiday, event, special occasion, etc.), please discuss this with us before submitting payment to ensure your timeline can be accommodated.

Changes requested after an order has been placed are subject to a fee of 20% of the original invoice total. This fee covers materials and labor already committed to the order.

If an order is cancelled more than 24 hours after being placed — but prior to payment — a 25% restocking fee, along with any actual outbound and inbound shipping charges, will be billed. No exceptions.

An order in writing constitutes acceptance of all terms listed above.
